Some of what lies ahead

Right now I am in the process of putting a weekly podcast together, with my brother. The general guidelines will be the same as this blog...I must warn you all....When me and my brother get together, we revert back to pre-teen/teen vernacular. It will be crude, rude, curt, largely uncomfortable, but funny for most...I do however promise that the content and ideas will be insightful, thought provoking and helpful to many. Just imagine a string of well worded "dick and fart" jokes that in the end you come away with some good info.

Living Primal

Primal Civilian is a life style. It is human outer and inner strength, founded in staying connected to our ancient physicality and embracing our evolved highest cognitive faculties. These are the pillars of our strength that help us accomplish our goals, whatever they may be. They are our most valuable tools to enrich every aspect of our lives.

Outer Strength

A strong lifestyle grounded in what makes us tick, both physically and mentally. I believe it starts with the physical choices we make, diet and activities/exercise. Once we have enough time and momentum in the physical aspect of a healthy life, a new mindset slowly emerges. Eventually, we are in a sense reborn.

Much of what we do in our day to day lives is disruptive to our connections with true health and unfortunately each other. We are addicted to a steady stream of absolute crap. Super markets are full of foods that in the most distilled sense, poison our bodies and minds and therefore the overall quality of our lives. Remember, "Good Food, Good Mood".

Inner Strength

Get educated, stay informed on as many topics (some more relevant than others) as possible. Fact check, test everything that comes your way, think, problem solve, if you cant figure it out by yourself, get help. Lets never be "sheep".

Here, we'll talk about nearly anything....consider this blog a camp fire from thousands of years ago. Gather around, contribute and take what is needed to go face your own challenges.

We'll talk about well known and emerging discoveries in science/nature. History, politics, religion, diet/exercise and any other topic that directly and indirectly affects us. Its good to flex that "mind muscle". Our human mind is what makes us an apex predator. It is why they say, "what ever you put your mind to, you can accomplish". If you are reading this, congratulations, you have it in you to.

If you cant read this, go learn how to read, because you still have it in you.

 To me it is exciting and encouraging to know that we can build up a strong character through healthy choices. Starting with the physical and culminating with the psychological. Strong body, strong mind, strong person, strong relationships, good life.

The fire is kindled, all are welcomed. Hope to hear from you soon.

The Begining
